About the Role

TEAM LEWIS is seeking an experienced Account Director to lead high-profile corporate reporting projects for global clients. This role involves managing complex projects from strategy to delivery, overseeing annual reports, sustainability reports, and integrated reporting, while building strong client relationships in a fast-paced international environment.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee the end-to-end delivery of annual reports, sustainability reports, ESG reports, integrated reports, and related communications
  • Manage multiple reporting projects simultaneously across design, content, production, digital, and development teams
  • Coordinate complex review and approval processes with internal and external stakeholders
  • Develop detailed project schedules, scopes of work, and resource plans
  • Identify and manage project risks, ensuring solutions are implemented proactively
  • Act as the senior day-to-day contact for corporate reporting clients
  • Build trusted relationships with senior stakeholders, including communications, sustainability, investor relations, legal, and executive teams
  • Lead client meetings, workshops, reporting timelines, and project planning sessions
  • Provide strategic guidance on reporting best practice, structure, storytelling, and stakeholder engagement
  • Ensure projects are delivered to the highest standard, on time and within budget
  • Demonstrate strong understanding of corporate reporting regulations, reporting trends, and best practice
  • Work confidently within structured reporting workflows and digital reporting platforms
  • Understanding of print production processes, proofing stages, version control, and digital/interactive reporting outputs
  • Familiarity with accessibility, tagging, and online PDF requirements is advantageous
  • Support business development opportunities, proposals, and client growth initiatives
  • Identify opportunities to expand existing client relationships and services
  • Mentor and support junior team members and project managers
  • Collaborate closely with creative, production, content, and development teams to ensure smooth project delivery
  • Maintain strong financial oversight of projects including budgets, forecasting, invoicing, and profitability

Requirements

  • Proven experience in a Corporate Reporting Account Director or Senior Account Manager role
  • Strong knowledge of annual reporting, sustainability reporting, and integrated reporting processes
  • Experience working with listed companies, large corporates, or regulated sectors
  • Excellent project management and organisational skills
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities
  • Ability to manage high-pressure deadlines and multiple complex projects simultaneously
  • Experience using CTRLPrint and/or Workiva platforms
  • Understanding of print production, digital reporting workflows, and interactive reporting environments
  • Highly detail-oriented with excellent proofreading and quality control awareness
  • Experience working within an agency, corporate communications, branding, or investor relations environment
  • Knowledge of sustainability and ESG reporting frameworks including GRI, SASB, TCFD, or CSRD
  • Experience managing international or multilingual reporting projects
  • Familiarity with reporting awards and best practice benchmarks
  • Calm under pressure with strong problem-solving skills
  • Collaborative and proactive approach
  • Commercially aware with strong client service instincts
  • Highly organised with exceptional attention to detail
  • Passionate about storytelling, design, and high-quality corporate communications
