About the Role
As a lawyer specializing in energy and climate law, you will join a dynamic, interdisciplinary team advising energy suppliers, public authorities, energy-intensive companies, and the real estate industry on current energy and climate law issues. You will maintain existing client relationships and expand them for further energy law consulting. Your responsibilities include advising on all national and European energy law matters, covering generation and trading, contract drafting, regulation of generation and grids, concessions, energy sales, e-mobility, and various issues related to the energy and climate transition. You will strategically, legally, tax, and economically support clients in their transformation process to manage the current energy crisis through more efficient energy use, expansion of renewable energies, or the use of innovative technologies. You will assist with adapting to new regulatory requirements, contract drafting, supporting administrative procedures, litigation, and project organization.
Responsibilities
- Advise energy suppliers, public authorities, energy-intensive companies, and the real estate industry on energy and climate law.
- Maintain and expand client relationships.

Requirements
- Two above-average state examinations in law.
- Ideally, professional experience in energy and climate law or public sector.
- Excellent analytical thinking skills.
- Strong communication skills.
- Ability to process complex issues.
