About the Role
As a Product Designer for Creator Experience at Docebo, you will be instrumental in transforming the authoring universe into a faster, clearer, and AI-assisted environment. Your mission is to enable users to seamlessly turn ideas into impactful lessons, shaping how global teams collaborate, apply branding, leverage intelligent tools, and publish training content.
Responsibilities
- Drive the end-to-end product design process for the Creator platform, from problem framing to shipped product.
- Design intuitive authoring workflows for content building, editing, review, branding, assessment, and publishing.
- Collaborate with Product and Engineering to refine core navigation, lesson components, assessment tools, and SCORM/import systems.
- Design AI-assisted workflows that help users generate, edit, and improve learning content with human clarity and control.
- Blueprint next-generation interactive learning formats including video presenter flows, podcasts, games, branching pathways, and simulations.
- Build interactive prototypes to test user behaviors, validate design direction, and secure alignment.
- Map out comprehensive product states, including empty states, localized views, recovery paths, permissions, and publishing validations.
Requirements
- Proven track record of product design mastery within B2B SaaS, enterprise software, authoring tools, content platforms, or complex AI-assisted software.
- Demonstrated ability to map complex data environments with multi-state variations, editing modes, permissions, and cross-team dependencies.
- Strong product-language judgment for clear microcopy, helper text, and error messaging.
- Ability to partner effectively with Product Managers and Engineers in an iterative product triangle.
- Responsibly experiment with modern AI tools to accelerate research, concept mapping, and design QA, while maintaining human accountability.
