About the Role

As a Partner Solution Architect (PSA), you will be the technical force behind partner success, designing, validating, and accelerating joint solutions across hyperscalers, industry ISVs, and global system integrators. You will ensure architectural excellence, drive partner-led technical outcomes, and expand the ecosystem footprint through scalable, repeatable, and context-rich solution patterns.

Responsibilities

  • Design and harden joint solutions that drive ecosystem-led revenue
  • Accelerate partner-led deployments, PoVs, and customer outcomes
  • Ensure architectural governance, repeatability, and risk mitigation
  • Champion our platform’s technical differentiation across AI, data, workflow, and decision systems
  • Architect partner-built integrations and solutions aligned to cloud marketplace incentives, AI/data platform interoperability, and enterprise workflow requirements
  • Design and validate reference architectures, integration frameworks, connectors, and deployment blueprints for Microsoft Azure, AWS, GCP, Databricks, Guidewire-style industry ISVs
  • Lead technical discovery, solution design workshops, and partner-led PoC/PoV architecture reviews
  • Ensure partner solutions adhere to architectural guardrails, security standards, performance expectations, and governance disciplines
  • Collaborate with Product & R&D to shape roadmap alignment, feature readiness, and co-innovation initiatives tied to partner demand
  • Coach partners through hands-on build cycles—accelerating onboarding, PoV execution, and production deployment
  • Own the technical enablement track for partners, including certifications, solution kits, sandbox environments, and demo platform adoption
  • Develop reusable deployment patterns, quick starts, and prescriptive guidance that reduce time-to-value
  • Support partner field teams with asset creation: demo scripts, architectural diagrams, integration templates, and reference materials
  • Elevate partner technical maturity through workshops, lab engagements, and capability uplift sessions
  • Contribute to hyperscaler/ISV co-innovation roadmaps by designing, validating, and launching marketplace-ready solutions
  • Co-develop joint field delivery kits with partners, including solution guides, architecture patterns, and industry-specific use cases
  • Work with GSIs to create factory-style solution delivery motions, ensuring repeatable integration patterns and aligned technical frameworks
  • Conduct multi-party architecture governance for joint pursuits—ensuring compliance with security, interoperability, and workload optimization standards
  • Identify opportunities for embedded/OEM models, co-developed offerings, and ecosystem-driven innovation
  • Serve as a technical evangelist for our platform within partner communities, conferences, and field sales environments
  • Educate partners on why our platform wins—architecturally, operationally, and commercially—across AI, data, workflows, and decision context
  • Translate complex platform capabilities into compelling partner value propositions and solution narratives
  • Influence and support competitive positioning against point solutions and incumbent cloud data/AI platforms

Requirements

  • Extensive experience in solution architecture, partner engineering, sales engineering, or technical consulting within a leading enterprise software or cloud ecosystem
  • Expertise across cloud data platforms, AI/ML architectures, analytics, workflow systems, connectors, and enterprise integration patterns
  • Experience designing and deploying joint solutions with hyperscalers (Azure/AWS/GCP), data platforms (e.g., Databricks, Snowflake), or industry ISVs
  • Strong ability to translate platform capabilities into scalable partner architectures that work across large customer estates
  • Practitioner-level experience with PoV governance, deployment frameworks, technical risk mitigation, and ecosystem-led project delivery
  • Ability to influence partner CTO, architecture, and engineering leaders and to serve as a trusted technical advisor
  • Ability to travel globally (~30–40%)
