About the Role
As a Danish Client Service Investment Associate, you will manage daily tasks within a dynamic environment at a leading private money manager. This role encourages asking questions, improving processes, and proposing new solutions, with performance evaluated on meritocracy and investment in employee development for career progression.
Responsibilities
- Partner directly with top banks (custodians) to assist with administrative and operational tasks.
- Gain exposure to other European countries' businesses.
- Help Investment Counsellors with relationship management by working with existing clients on operational inquiries.
- Help produce reports based on the current situation of prospective clients.
- Act as a direct contact or expert in multiple subjects to develop skills as responsibility increases.
- Report to a Client Service Team Leader for on-the-job training and professional development.
Requirements
- A university degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Native/Fluent Danish and English skills.
- Ability to connect with a wide array of audiences by phone and email with a focus on client service.
- Ability to work well in a collaborative, team-oriented setting.
- Commitment to maintain quality of work while sticking to a timeline.
