About the Role

ResProp Management is a growing multi-family property management company focused on servant leadership and hiring top talent. Maintenance Technicians are encouraged to develop their skills to potentially assume Maintenance Supervisor responsibilities.

Responsibilities

• Drive resident satisfaction by responding to and completing work orders timely and with quality.
• Drive property performance by performing work to maintain clean, safe, and attractive common areas.
• Coordinate with the Maintenance Supervisor and team to prioritize daily tasks.
• Provide excellent customer service to residents, guests, and vendors.
• Maintain property value by performing preventative maintenance.
• Prepare vacant apartments for move-in to ensure resident satisfaction.
• Ensure a safe work environment by identifying and correcting or reporting safety issues.
• Maintain and repair critical building and site systems.
• Utilize software applications to track work and personal performance.
• Handle a variety of tasks in a developing environment as part of a team.

Requirements

• At least 1 year of general maintenance/general repair experience, preferably in the multifamily or related industry.
• Must have own hand tools.
• Must live within 30 minutes of the community.
• Must be willing to work a varied schedule including weekends and holidays.
• Must have dependable transportation and be able to accommodate a rotating on-call schedule.
• Must be able to perform physical requirements of the job such as lifting, carrying, pushing or pulling objects up to 50 pounds.
• Applicants will be required to pass a background check and reference check prior to their first day to verify employment eligibility.

• $25 - $27 hourly
