About the Role
Lead the people agenda for Bauer Media Outdoor's Delivery and Construction teams, combining fresh thinking with a practical, people-centred approach to support business growth, build future capability, improve engagement, and create a fair, inclusive, and high-performing employee experience.
Responsibilities
- Lead the People Plan for Delivery and Construction, covering capability, structure, engagement, workforce risks, and future skills.
- Partner senior leaders and managers on people strategy, organisational effectiveness, and change.
- Translate business priorities into practical people initiatives that enhance engagement, retention, performance, and culture.
- Coach and support managers to build confidence in feedback, performance, development, inclusion, and change.
- Identify people trends and root causes, collaborating with leaders to develop impactful solutions.
- Support activities across the full employee lifecycle, including workforce planning, organisation design, onboarding, development, and culture.
Requirements
- Experienced People Partner comfortable in a busy, operational environment, ideally across multiple sites or field-based teams.
- Ability to balance commercial needs with genuine care for people.
- Skill in constructive challenge and building strong, trusted relationships.
- Strong generalist HR experience, preferably in operations, construction, logistics, infrastructure, or a similar multi-site environment.
- Excellent judgment, problem-solving skills, and ability to navigate ambiguity.
- Coaching mindset and confidence to influence senior leaders and managers.
- Strong communication and facilitation skills, with the ability to drive change.
- Good understanding of organisation design, workforce planning, performance, engagement, and talent development.
- Confidence using people data and insight to shape meaningful action.
