About the Role
Worksite is looking for a safety-minded professional who is resourceful, self-motivated, and highly organized to support retail customers with their safety equipment needs. This full-time sales role will be based out of our new North York Training Centre and involves conducting scheduled qualitative mask fit tests.
Responsibilities
- Support customers in finding appropriate worksite safety equipment.
- Conduct equipment sales transactions (cashless).
- Perform store opening and closing tasks.
- Monitor inventory of training centre materials and supplies.
- Resolve customer questions about Worksite training and services.
- Provide qualitative mask fit testing to individuals as booked online.
- Educate mask fit customers on mask use best practices.
- Perform other duties as required to support the location and client services teams.
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in customer service and sales in a retail environment.
- Experience in an occupational health and safety role preferred.
- Education in medical administration or occupational health and safety preferred.
- Experience in delivering qualitative mask fit testing is considered an asset.
- Demonstrated ability to thrive in a fast-paced and independent setting.
- Working knowledge of and experience using Google Drive and Gmail.
- Proficiency with Square use or other cashless POS system is considered an asset.
- Ability to prioritize conflicting priorities and manage multiple deadlines.

- $41,600 to start + commission
