About the Role

Quantexa is seeking a Healthcare Industry Leader to accelerate the growth of its Decision Intelligence category, focusing initially on the UK healthcare market, principally the NHS. This role involves setting Product Strategy, charting an ambitious path forward, and creating market-leading solutions that help clients make better decisions from better data. The position offers a clear path to a broader and global remit, expanding into private healthcare, life sciences, and international markets.

Responsibilities

  • Own, execute, and revise the approved healthcare industry strategy, ensuring alignment across Product, Sales, and Solutions.
  • Collaborate with Product, Marketing, and Sales teams to build NHS-specific Go-to-Market campaigns.
  • Partner with Product Marketing to ensure industry-relevant specificity in solution design, market narrative, and positioning.
  • Innovate new industry-relevant Solutions based on the core Platform.
  • Support Sales, Customer Success, demo, and delivery teams with industry-specific knowledge for new Solutions.
  • Validate and influence the product roadmap direction with Solution teams and Product Management.
  • Build on Quantexa’s established market eminence in healthcare through thought leadership, industry events, client roundtables, and analyst engagement.
  • Engage with Sales and Solution Engineering/Pre-Sales to pursue and win strategic deals.
  • Develop industry-specific revenue targets and relevant pricing strategies during annual planning and mid-year forecasting cycles.
  • Support Sales in defining strategic target accounts and 'must-win' logos.
  • Identify, establish, and nurture strategic relationships with ecosystem partners relevant to the industry.

Requirements

  • Credibility in the UK healthcare market, with experience working with NHS England, ICBs, and Trusts.
  • Ability to act as a self-starter, carry a proposition with energy, and bring others along.
  • Gravitas and presence to earn the trust of senior healthcare stakeholders and internal teams.
  • High levels of resilience and a collaborative approach to getting things done.
  • Passion and energy for the Healthcare Sector and the impact of data, technology, and AI.
  • Solid experience of data-led solutions and technology in a healthcare or public sector context.
  • Ability to hold credible conversations with both technical and business stakeholders.
  • Experience in systems integration or technology consulting is a strong advantage.
  • Understanding of how large technology and transformation programs are sold, shaped, and delivered.
  • Track record of an industry-facing profile (speaking, writing, or a credible network in healthcare).
  • Ability to understand and communicate technical information to diverse audiences.
  • Ability to translate information to technical & business stakeholders, from users to executive management.
  • Keen ability and desire to learn.
