About the Role
As the Manager of Site Reliability Engineering (SRE), you will lead a team dedicated to safeguarding the operational health and resilience of the Docebo platform. This role involves people management, process design, and technical execution to evolve our Cloud Operations & Support function into a modern SRE capability, directly influencing platform scalability for millions of global users.
Responsibilities
- Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing team of SREs, including hiring, onboarding, mentoring, and performance management.
- Foster a team environment focused on high ownership, continuous technical learning, and relentless optimization.
- Own team execution across incident response, on-call schedules, and daily production operations.
- Ensure high-quality post-incident reviews are conducted to drive long-term corrective actions.
- Implement and mature core SRE processes including incident, change, capacity, and problem management.
- Continuously refine engineering workflows to improve efficiency and reduce operational risk.
- Partner cross-functionally with Product, Engineering, and Support leadership to integrate SRE practices into planning and delivery.
- Track, analyze, and report on key reliability and operational KPIs to guide team priorities.
Requirements
- 6 to 10 years of deep experience in SRE, DevOps, or systems operations.
- Experience leading and growing engineering talent.
- Solid, hands-on experience managing or coordinating critical incident responses and zero-downtime production operations in a fast-paced SaaS environment.
- Strong familiarity with modern cloud infrastructure platforms (AWS is highly preferred).
- Understanding of advanced monitoring/observability tooling and software development ticketing ecosystems.
- Demonstrated track record of delivering results through engineering teams while partnering with cross-functional stakeholders.
