About the Role

As our Manager of Customer Success, you will lead, inspire, and elevate a high-performing team of Customer Success professionals dedicated to driving world-class customer satisfaction, retention, and growth. You will blend strategic vision with empathetic leadership to turn customer training into a business superpower, directly influencing Docebo's global market success.

Responsibilities

  • Execute a cutting-edge Customer Success strategy aligned with business goals.
  • Establish clear goals, performance metrics, and KPIs to measure team and customer success.
  • Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, and Product to build a unified customer ecosystem.
  • Mentor, guide, and support Customer Success professionals, establishing development plans and conducting performance reviews.
  • Foster a customer-centric, collaborative environment prioritizing knowledge sharing and continuous learning.
  • Build strategic relationships with key customers, acting as their executive advisor.
  • Build, standardize, and scale processes and methodologies using Customer Success platforms.

Requirements

  • 3–5 years of experience leading customer-facing teams, ideally in a B2B environment.
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • Proven track record of helping customers achieve business goals and unlocking upsell/cross-sell opportunities.
  • Exceptional written and oral communication skills.
  • Ability to build deep rapport and relationships virtually.
  • Ability to remain calm, empathetic, and strategically focused in high-pressure situations.
  • Self-driven, collaborative problem solver.
  • Willingness to travel up to 25%.
