About the Role
Drive and manage high-profile global Autodesk channel programs, transforming strategy into scalable execution. Partner with cross-functional leaders and regional teams to design, implement, and evolve programs that improve partner experiences, streamline operations, and deliver measurable business outcomes. This role combines strategic program design, initiative planning, project management, communications, governance, and evaluation.
Responsibilities
- Own the end-to-end lifecycle of multiple concurrent global channel programs, from strategy and design through implementation, governance, rollout, and continuous optimization.
- Translate strategic concepts into scalable global processes and implementation plans that support regional deployment, adoption, and operational excellence.
- Partner closely with Channel Strategy, Centers of Excellence, Geo and Regional teams, Sales, Finance, Legal, and Operations to gather input, socialize program designs, build alignment, and ensure successful execution.
- Influence stakeholders across functions, geographies, and organizational levels to drive alignment, collaboration, and successful program outcomes.
- Monitor program performance, evaluate effectiveness, and identify opportunities to simplify, refine, and continuously improve programs and business processes.
- Lead program design and implementation by developing rollout plans, supporting annual program updates, planning regional deployment, and managing in-year program enhancements.
- Develop and maintain program governance, approval processes, executive presentations, communications, training materials, documentation, rollout guides, and contractual updates.
- Apply formal project management and governance practices to ensure timelines are met and high-impact global initiatives are successfully delivered.
- Serve as an individual contributor while acting as a collaborative program leader who connects teams, stakeholders, and processes across the organization.
- Facilitate and participate in worldwide meetings across multiple time zones, including occasional early morning or evening calls, to drive alignment, decision-making, and execution.
Requirements
- 5–7+ years of experience leading global or multi-regional program management initiatives.
- Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence across functions, geographies, and organizational levels without direct authority.
- Experience translating strategic objectives into scalable operational programs and processes.
- Strong project management, governance, and change management capabilities.
- Excellent written, verbal, presentation, and executive communication skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a focus on process improvement and continuous optimization.
- Ability to understand end-to-end business impacts, including operational, financial, legal, systems, and regional considerations.
- Experience developing executive presentations, program documentation, communications, and training materials.
- Ability to work independently, prioritize competing initiatives, and thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
- Strategic and creative thinker who is comfortable challenging ideas, driving innovation, and improving program effectiveness.
- Advanced proficiency with Microsoft PowerPoint, Excel, Word, Airtable, Teams, Zoom, and other collaboration tools.
