About the Role

Condé Nast is seeking an Executive Assistant to support Audience Experience, Data, and Revenue Product and Engineering Leaders in the US. This varied role requires initiative, diplomacy, adaptability, discretion, and strong interpersonal and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

  • Extensive diary management for two SVPs and one VP.
  • Liaise with a wide range of business stakeholders, including internal teams, external clients, and senior executives.
  • Assist in the creation of presentation materials.
  • Facilitate scheduling of business meetings, preparation and circulation of agendas, pre-reads, and meeting minutes.
  • Book all travel and hotels, ensuring appropriate visas are obtained, and prepare complex travel itineraries.
  • Liaise with teams globally and support building effective relationships across a global department.
  • Work closely with other PAs and TAs at Condé Nast and the wider business.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in supporting executive leadership.
  • Experience in using AI for efficiency, streamlining processes, and workflows.
  • An interest in Product, Design, and Engineering disciplines and a love for our brands.
  • Intermediate to advanced GSuite and presentation design skills.
  • Pro-active and able to use initiative and have the confidence to work independently.
  • Extremely organised with exceptional time management skills and able to prioritise efficiently.
  • High attention to detail and ability to prioritize, multi-task, and respond to requests quickly.
  • Confident and able to communicate with staff at different levels and across different departments internationally.
  • Excellent grammar, spelling, drafting, writing, and proof-reading ability.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication, and interpersonal and relationship management skills.
  • Experience working in an international environment and building solid working relationships with teams across different countries, time zones, and cultures.
  • Cross-cultural understanding and ability to effectively work within a global team, including coordinating information and tasks across time zones.
  • A friendly, personable, productive, and patient manner.
