About the Role

This role is an integral Account Management position on the Mondelēz International team, focusing on the Philadelphia brand. You will manage campaign development and execution, provide creative and strategic support to sister agencies in Europe, and build strong relationships with client and agency teams. The position is for an established and highly organized Account Manager comfortable working at both global and local levels.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate and manage network stewardship across key markets (UK, Germany, Italy, Spain, BENELUX, Mexico, and more).
  • Establish a monthly meeting for global market knowledge sharing.
  • Develop strong working relationships with peers across the network to ensure timely local information sharing.
  • Serve as a go-to resource for global knowledge sharing by providing prompt, proactive, and reliable service and basic strategic/creative guidance.
  • Support the Account Director and Client Partner in managing the delivery of large integrated projects, taking ownership of specific workstreams.
  • Manage smaller projects independently with oversight from the Client Partner.
  • Prepare and ensure all materials are ready for key presentations throughout the development and production process.
  • Circulate contact reports following meetings.
  • Manage weekly status meetings, lead report updates, and consolidate actions for client and agency teams.
  • Monitor industry news and competitor updates, sharing key information with client and agency teams.
  • Update induction presentations and support the onboarding of new joiners.

Requirements

  • Experience in delivering fully integrated campaigns, including production.
  • Understanding of global and EMEA team structures and processes (client and agency side).
  • Ability to take ownership of smaller projects and assign specific deliverables within projects (e.g., digital & print).
  • Responsibility for internal and client team output.
  • Flexibility, adaptability, and ability to juggle multiple projects with attention to detail.
  • Proven ability to build and maintain strong client relationships, including with junior-level clients.
  • Collaborative mindset and ability to liaise with multiple internal and external teams.
  • Quick-thinking problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to assist and manage client requests, knowing when to escalate to senior team members.
  • Team player with an energetic, driven, and positive attitude.
  • Excellent listening, verbal, and written communication skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Keynote.
  • Comfort and ability to master new technology tools.
  • Internationally curious, strategically motivated, with passion and ambition for creative work.
  • Confident communicator with excellent account management and organizational skills.
  • Ability to coordinate and balance multiple projects and processes.
  • Interest in clients and their business.
