Responsibilities

  • Serve as the first point of contact during early negotiations for incoming teams to PF.
  • Lead projects to onboard and backload risks for incoming teams.
  • Act as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) for BOR arrangements.
  • Be the main point of contact for new business for the given Line of Business (LOB), referring to the Team Lead for assistance.
  • Serve as the first point of contact for urgent requests and escalations from incoming broking teams, ensuring each case is seen through to completion.
  • Provide PPC/PPW oversight for the assigned division.
  • Monitor workloads using the workflow tool (PowerBi) to ensure all work is completed within the Service Level Agreement (SLA).
  • Be jointly responsible for the BCP contingency mailboxes in the event of a workflow tool failure, ensuring all work is allocated and monitored to completion.
  • Liaise with counterparts within IBA and attend Credit Control Meetings for the given LOB/incoming broking team.
  • Regularly review ledgers to ensure premiums are signed in real time and legacy issues are resolved.
  • Conduct regular reviews of any missed/missing PI’s in Edge.
  • Join weekly/monthly calls with the Middle Office/Broking Teams.
  • Monitor income and ensure all items in Forecast are processed to meet forecast/budget for the month, keeping the Pillar Lead appraised for reporting to Finance.
  • Liaise daily/regularly with the Processing Team aligned to your LOB.
  • Escalate any Training and Development needs within the Processing Team.
  • Review RFT stats for their LOB and liaise with the broking team to drive improvement in slip production to increase RFT% and reduce queries/rejections.
  • Handle LOR’s as required.
  • Follow up on escalations from Insurers.
  • Serve as the first point of contact for Annual Audit sample requests.
  • Ensure complex processing and/or high-value clients receive excellent service.
  • Perform other responsibilities and activities as required.

Requirements

  • Previous Premium Processing experience is required for multiple lines of business.
  • Ability to influence various stakeholders both internally and externally.
  • MS Office skills.
  • Good communication skills – written and verbal.
  • Organization.
