About the Role

This role is responsible for managing day-to-day trading relationships with partners, collaborating with internal stakeholders and partner teams to increase premium finance penetration and drive trading performance.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain strong trading relationships with key partners.
  • Lead trading activity across both renewal and new business opportunities.
  • Manage partner interactions and meetings using the Partner Relationship Manager framework.
  • Act as a key escalation point between partners and internal operational teams.
  • Lead the onboarding and implementation of newly acquired partners through to launch.
  • Support the renewal of trading contracts with existing partners.
  • Deliver against agreed monthly and annual trading budgets.
  • Produce accurate trading forecasts, reporting and MI.
  • Create and lead QBRs and strategic account plans for partner accounts.
  • Work closely with Strategic Relationship Managers, Trading Account Managers, Marketing, Learning & Development and wider internal teams.
  • Represent Premium Credit at external industry events, partner conferences and trade fairs.
  • Ensure all activity is delivered in line with regulatory, risk and conduct requirements.

Requirements

  • Commercially minded, relationship-led, and confident working with both internal and external stakeholders.
  • Strong experience managing partner, client, or trading relationships.
  • Commercial mindset with the ability to identify opportunities and deliver growth.
  • Confidence working with data, MI, forecasts, and business plans.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to influence, collaborate, and build trust at all levels.
  • Proactive approach to problem-solving and continuous improvement.
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Clear understanding of regulatory responsibilities, risk, and customer outcomes.
  • Experience within financial services, insurance, premium finance, or a regulated environment is highly beneficial.
  • Must reside in the UK.
  • Must provide internet speed at the application stage.
  • All postholders will be subject to appropriate pre-employment vetting procedures and a satisfactory Disclosure & Barring Service (DBS) check prior to appointment.
