About the Role

As a Senior Account Manager, your objective is to successfully deliver the social strategy and scope of work for our largest and most complex clients. You'll play a pivotal role in implementing ways of working for each of your accounts, from briefing through to delivery and everything in between. Working closely with the Account Director to ensure the account team is communicating effectively.

Responsibilities

  • Leading on day-to-day client communications and building deep, long-lasting relationships.
  • Spotting opportunities for account development in collaboration with the Account Director.
  • Implementing effective account ways of working, including client communication, briefing, and management of the account team.
  • Formulating a structure for communication on large and complex scopes of work to ensure team progress updates are shared.
  • Assessing output to ensure it meets client objectives and aligns with the social strategy.
  • Communicating the value of work back to the client and strategically articulating results and insights.
  • Coordinating influencer and creator activations by leading client-related communication with Social Media Managers and the Studio team.
  • Becoming a People Lead for an Account Manager to help develop their Client Services skills.
  • Working with the Account Directors & Business Director team to develop and uphold a strong team culture.

Requirements

  • Three to five years of experience working in social media (agency-side preferable).
  • Brilliantly personable with a natural ability to handle challenges with charm.
  • Highly organised with the ability to run a tight ship in a fast-paced environment.
  • Fascination with brands, their marketing strategies, and social media usage.
  • Natural curiosity about the developments of the digital world and excitement by its potential.
  • Pride in work and a meticulous approach to delivery.
  • Real drive and ambition with a mindset of growth.
  • Ability to adapt to the ever-growing world of social.
