About the Role
We are seeking a Software Engineer to join our Web team, which is responsible for the underlying web frameworks powering our MAST and CaaS products and internal tools. Our goal is to enable financial institutions to create front-to-back controls that monitor regulatory risk by configuring metrics and dashboards to analyze data and display alert results.
Responsibilities
- Implement technical requirements from the Product and Metrics teams across our platform and library code.
- Take ownership of parts of the application stack, ensuring reliable, scalable, and performant operation with strong observability.
- Build and maintain both front-end components and the back-end to provide customers with tools for investigating complex trading scenarios.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Engineering, Quant, and Product teams to shape and deliver new features.
- Participate in code reviews, stand-ups, and design discussions to foster a high-quality engineering culture.
- Grow into technical ownership of specific stack components as you develop within the team.
Requirements
- 1-3 years' commercial experience as a software engineer.
- Solid experience with C# / .NET and ASP.NET or other object-oriented frameworks.
- Front-end exposure with at least one modern framework (Blazor, React, Angular, or Vue).
- Knowledge of data structures and algorithms.
- Willingness to learn financial markets.
- Demonstrable experience of building software products from start to finish.
- Knowledge of Cloud-based platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) is desirable.
