About the Role

Restaurant Brands International Inc. is seeking an Analyst, Property Management to support its portfolio of iconic quick service restaurant brands. This role involves collaborating with various departments to manage property-related financial and operational matters, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations and supporting brand growth.

Responsibilities

  • Review and approve CAM reconciliations and budgets.
  • Setup vendors for payment, and modify contact/banking information for existing vendors.
  • Review and draft estoppel certificates.
  • Reconcile and work on collections of bad debt.
  • Draft and create lease abstracts for new agreements.
  • Facilitate concerns related to property taxes, insurance, and utilities.
  • Work with the Legal department on escalated property operational or financial disputes.
  • Communicate and problem solve with Landlords, Franchisees, external vendors, and Municipalities on real estate matters.

Requirements

  • 1-3 years of experience in Property Management or Lease Administration related roles.
  • Interpersonal and communication skills capable of influencing a wide range of audiences.
  • Ability to work in teams, particularly cross-functional ones.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and deal with uncertainty.
  • Ability to work with a ticketing system to organize work, manage timeliness and quality of service.
  • Microsoft Office experience, including Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
  • Past experience with SAP or lease management software (Tango, Yardi, Lucernex, Costar) is a plus.
  • CPM or RPM designation is a plus.
