About the Role
We are seeking a dedicated HR Business Partner to be the primary point of contact for all HR-related matters in our Berlin fulfillment centers, Ludwigsfelde, and the upcoming Falkensee location. Join our Operations team and actively shape the HR function within a dynamic scale-up environment.
Responsibilities
- Serve as the first point of contact for employees on all HR-related questions, including working hours, payroll, vacation planning, and social benefits.
- Maintain accurate personnel records and update internal databases (e.g., sick days, new hires).
- Lead, motivate, develop, and inspire a team consisting of one HR Admin.
- Collaborate closely with Fulfillment Operations, Recruiting, and other internal teams to develop optimal HR solutions.
- Oversee the implementation and monitoring of HR processes in the Operations area, ensuring efficiency and continuous improvement.
- Actively contribute ideas to improve HR workflows and significantly support the advancement of our HR strategy.
Requirements
- Completed Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources, Law, or a related field.
- 2+ years of professional experience as an HR Business Partner or in a comparable HR role, preferably in a dynamic operations or logistics environment.
- Fluent German and English language skills.
- Willingness to initially work at our Fulfillment Center in Ludwigsfelde and to cover our new location in Falkensee.
- Comprehensive knowledge of the entire HR lifecycle, from hiring and contract management to employee development and talent management.
- Sound knowledge of German labor law.
