About the Role

We are a national food specialist wholesaler in the out-of-home market, successfully operating for over 20 years. With headquarters in Bochum and branches nationwide, around 200 employees work daily to reliably supply our customers. Over 8,000 products, a three-digit million turnover, and a passion for foodservice make us a strong partner in the market. Responsibilities

Consulting our regional customers in the areas of bakery gastronomy and snacks, GV-Care, gastronomy (including event and leisure gastronomy), hotels, and petrol stations
Individual consultation of our customers in assortment design
New customer acquisition
Sales and profit responsibility
Conception and implementation of individual customer products in cooperation with teams from various specialist areas
Calculation of product prices, offer preparation, and sales controlling
Monitoring the food market regarding prices and assortments

Requirements

Affinity for food
Apprenticeship in a commercial field or as a cook, baker, or other gastronomic qualifications
Experience in field sales desirable
Good assortment knowledge in the food sector
Eloquence and convincing linguistic expression
Passion for sales and dynamic, engaging personality with high self-motivation
Analytical and conceptual thinking
Communicative and decisive personality
Proficient handling of MS Office programs
