About the Role

This role will help deliver one of the UK's most iconic fundraising events, supporting passionate supporters as they take on life-changing challenges and raise vital funds. You will manage and steward a large portfolio of challenge event participants, helping them maximize their fundraising potential and delivering an exceptional supporter journey. You will also contribute to the development of our wider challenge events portfolio, helping identify opportunities to improve supporter experience, increase income, and grow participation.

Responsibilities

Manage and steward a large portfolio of challenge event participants.
Help participants maximize their fundraising potential.
Deliver an exceptional supporter journey from registration through to event day and beyond.
Develop meaningful relationships with supporters.
Provide personalised fundraising advice and encouragement.
Create memorable experiences that inspire long-term support.
Contribute to the development of our wider challenge events portfolio.
Identify opportunities to improve supporter experience, increase income, and grow participation across a range of nationally recognised events.

Requirements

Experienced and passionate fundraiser.
Excellent relationship-building skills.
Strong organisational ability.
Genuine passion for supporter experience.
Comfortable managing multiple priorities.
Comfortable building rapport with a wide range of people.
Motivated to achieve ambitious targets.
Enthusiastic and proactive.
Excited by the opportunity to be part of one of Action for Children's most ambitious fundraising growth areas.
Must be based in the UK.

£25,805.57 per annum
