About the Role

The Restaurant Supervisor II supports the General Manager in daily operations and directs the restaurant in their absence. This role focuses on maximizing restaurant culture, ensuring a superior guest experience, and enforcing company and government policies.

Responsibilities

  • Support the General Manager with daily tasks and operational oversight.
  • Ensure excellent customer service and meet operational goals via the Ops Scorecard.
  • Address SMG customer cases within 24 hours.
  • Maintain a guest-first culture.
  • Ensure team compliance with company standards, including handbook, code of conduct, and uniform policies.
  • Train new and existing team members.
  • Conduct weekly QSC self-evaluations and correct identified issues.
  • Maintain office supplies at par levels.
  • Assist with monthly inventory counts.
  • Enforce cash management and handling policies.
  • Monitor paid outs, voids, and refunds.
  • Control food costs and manage product ordering.
  • Monitor employee meal utilization.
  • Assist with interviewing potential employees.
  • Conduct pre-shift huddles to delegate duties.
  • Complete Zenput tasks and forms.
  • Ensure restaurant safety, including food safety, personal safety, and cleanliness.
  • Maintain Time and Temperature logs and verify product dates.
  • Expedite orders when working without another supervisor.

Requirements

  • Ability to work varying shifts from week to week.
  • Ability to lift up to 50-pound boxes.
  • Maintain professional conduct with guests, team members, and leadership.
  • Must be a problem solver.
  • Work a maximum of 40 hours per week unless approved by Area Coach.
