About the Role
We are looking for a working student (m/f/d) in IT & Cloud Administration (Azure/Microsoft 365) to join our IT team in Berlin, working part-time (up to 20 hours per week).
Responsibilities
- Support our IT team in operating and further developing our cloud infrastructure, particularly around Azure Hosting, Azure Virtual Desktop, Entra ID, and Intune.
- Contribute to IT projects, from planning and setup to operation of a high-performance, secure network and cloud infrastructure for PWWL.
- Develop automations (e.g., with PowerShell, Power Automate, or Python) to make recurring IT processes more efficient.
- Identify optimization potential in processes and interface management and contribute to the further development of our IT setup.
- Handle first and second-level support tasks and assist colleagues with technical questions regarding hardware and software.
- Provide support for software questions related to our core applications (including DATEV, Personio, Evalea, MS Office, document management system).
Requirements
- Currently pursuing a degree, ideally in Computer Science, Business Informatics, Information Technology, or a comparable field.
- First experience with automation/scripting (e.g., PowerShell) is advantageous.
- Enjoy delving into technical contexts, work in a structured manner, and are motivated to improve processes rather than just manage them.
- Are a team player, communicate effectively, and are comfortable working with multiple stakeholders simultaneously.
Skills
- Proficient use of the Microsoft technology stack.
- Knowledge of Microsoft cloud services (Azure, Entra ID, Intune, Teams, Exchange, SharePoint).
- Familiarity with client/server environments is ideal.
- Excellent German communication skills for interacting with colleagues and external parties.
