Responsibilities
- Organize, sort, and maintain documentation in client files in a timely manner.
- Provide clerical support, including preparing admission/orientation packets and copying documents for the clinical team.
- Assist with communication via phone systems, memos, and message dissemination.
- Provide data entry support for clinical services, including uploading client records and new hire checklists.
- Perform clerical tasks such as faxing orders and summaries for physician signatures, including follow-up calls.
- Assist with running daily reports and following up with physicians for timely signatures.
- Assist with searching for, printing, and providing incident reports to the Director of Clinical Services.
- Participate in new Care Provider training orientation as needed.
- Demonstrate a thorough understanding of the company's business model and philosophy.
- Assist with physician credentialing verification.
- Assist clinical services with the delivery and pickup of supplies and forms.
- Assist other departments with a friendly, positive, team-oriented attitude.
- Monitor and review task checklists to ensure timely documentation completion by Care Providers.
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of experience in office coordination or management.
- HR experience is a plus.
- Experience working in the home care industry or related industry is strongly preferred.
- Ability to drive when required per company policy.
