About the Role
The Regional Sales Manager will report to the Director of Sales and Marketing, with sales responsibility for assigned products, customers, and capabilities. The primary focus is developing customer relationships by coordinating product opportunities with new and existing customers. Approximately 75% of initial activity will focus on new products and business development, with the balance on existing products' management and promotion. Overnight travel is estimated to be 25% on average.

Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience, with preference to Mechanical Engineering or Business Administration.
- 5 years minimum experience in Industrial/OEM sales with demonstrated achievements in the appliance and/or medical industries.
- Strong customer-focused attitude.
- Mechanical Aptitude and desire to learn.
- Exceptional interpersonal communication, analytical skills and creative approach to problem solving.
- Ability to work effectively and contribute in a team-oriented environment.
- Demonstrated current computer proficiency.
- Strong budgeting skills.
- Ability to manage a portfolio of accounts to achieve long-term success.
- Familiarity with CRM systems and practices.
- Ability to multi-task, prioritize and manage time effectively.
