Schroeder Moving is seeking a hands-on, active leader to join our team. This role involves more than just driving; you will be a key part of a high-energy crew providing exceptional moving services to residential and commercial customers.
Responsibilities
- Safely operate CDL trucks
- Load, unload, protect, and transport furniture and household items
- Assist with residential and commercial moves
- Lead or support moving crews on job sites
- Perform pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections
- Maintain accurate paperwork and delivery documentation
- Provide excellent customer service during all moves and deliveries
Requirements
- Valid CDL license with clean driving record
- Ability to lift and move heavy items safely
- Strong work ethic and dependable attendance
- Pass a background check and drug screening
- Participate in a random drug testing program
Skills
- Team-oriented attitude
- Good communication skills
- Moving, delivery, logistics, or warehouse experience
