About the Role
Play a key role in helping our Learning division make clear, confident decisions. You will act as a trusted advisor to senior leaders, using financial insight to guide business direction in a fast-moving environment. You will build strong relationships and simplify complex information for action.
Responsibilities
- Form a close partnership with the General Manager and their leadership team to guide decisions and support the success of the division.
- Provide clear, timely financial reporting and insight to help senior colleagues understand performance and spot opportunities.
- Lead forecasting, planning and budgeting, ensuring reliable processes that help the business stay on track.
- Review commercial cases and support decisions that contribute to long-term growth.
Requirements
- Experience as a Finance Business Partner with an accredited financial qualification like ACA, CIMA or ACCA.
- Strong commercial awareness and confidence influencing senior leaders across non-finance teams.
- Experience in financial modelling, including building models that support commercial decisions.
- Experience working in a software or subscription-based business, with an understanding of revenue growth and pricing.
