About the Role

The "An der Alten Försterei" Stadionbetriebs AG, a subsidiary of 1. FC Union Berlin e. V., is responsible for the operation, maintenance, and care of the stadium and its associated grounds and properties. This includes managing all home games of 1. FC Union Berlin e.V. and various other events. Our goal is the highest possible satisfaction for the team, the club, and our fans and guests. With the expansion of our stadium, we are developing a modern, energy-efficient, and digitally networked infrastructure for the future.

Responsibilities

Digital networking of systems, measuring systems, and building technology
Data-based analysis, derivation, and implementation of energy improvement measures, and support for ISO 50001 certification

Requirements

Very good technical understanding of energy systems and building technology
Completed studies with a focus on engineering and practical experience are an advantage
Confident use of digital systems, understanding of data structures and evaluations
Ideally, knowledge of a programming language and experience with data analysis or automation tools
Very structured, solution-oriented, and creative way of working
High willingness to familiarize oneself with new technologies and fields of work
Initial experience in energy management, ISO 50001, monitoring, or building automation is an advantage
German at C1 level
