About the Role

As a Housing Advice and Early Intervention Officer, you will be the first point of contact for clients seeking support with housing and complex needs, particularly those with complex vulnerabilities. You will offer a person-centred service, providing expert advice, guidance, and practical support to help residents make informed decisions about their housing options. Your role involves conducting holistic assessments and making referrals to prevent homelessness and reduce reliance on crisis services. Administrative tasks are also key to ensuring smooth service delivery, ensuring clients receive the right support at every step.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct holistic assessments and make referrals.
  • Perform administrative tasks to ensure smooth service delivery.

Requirements

  • Commitment to excellent standards of customer service in a fast-paced environment.
  • Must complete the application fully.

  • Subject to a Basic DBS check.
