About the Role
This internship focuses on scaling practical AI adoption within KKR Capstone EMEA, covering both internal enablement and AI value creation across the portfolio. Interns will develop AI resources, support training, coordinate AI taskforces, track initiatives, and translate AI tools into business applications, working directly with a senior sponsor.
Responsibilities
- Build and maintain reusable AI prompts, skills, and workflow playbooks for Capstone and portfolio-related use cases.
- Support internal AI enablement through workshops, practical demos, and 1:1 coaching for Capstone colleagues.
- Help coordinate the EMEA AI taskforce and portfolio AI value creation work, including preparing materials, tracking actions, and synthesizing use cases, vendor/tool learnings, and adoption examples.
- Turn learnings from Capstone and portfolio work into reusable assets, playbooks, case studies, and templates for internal discussions and broader sharing.
Requirements
- Currently enrolled as a master's student or recently graduated.
- Available to intern for a period of 6 months.
- Start date: flexible September/October 2026.
- Available to work on-site in London.
