About the Role

This role involves conducting advanced data analytics, data engineering, and AI tool development to enable informed decision-making. You will analyze data from various sources, build predictive models, and create compelling data visualizations.

Responsibilities

• Conducts data analytics, data engineering, data mining, exploratory analysis, predictive analysis, and statistical analysis.
• Uses scientific techniques to correlate data into graphical, written, visual, and verbal narrative products.
• Proactively retrieves information from various sources and analyzes it for better understanding.
• Builds AI tools that automate certain processes.
• Creates ML-based tools or processes, such as recommendation engines or automated lead scoring systems.
• Performs statistical analysis, applies data mining techniques, and builds high-quality prediction systems.
• Utilizes data visualization and graphical applications, including Microsoft Office (Power BI) and Tableau.
• Works with major data science languages, such as R and Python.
• Manages and merges disparate data sources, preferably through R, Python, or SQL.
• Applies statistical analysis and data mining algorithms.
• Works with large data Multi-INT analytics, ML, and automated predictive analytics.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree + 8 years of experience or 12 years of experience in lieu of a degree.
• 3+ years of experience with major data science languages, such as Python and R.
• 3+ years of experience retrieving, merging, and analyzing structured and unstructured data sources from APIs and databases through Python, R, and/or SQL.
• Experience with database design and administration in DBMS such as SQL Server, PostgreSQL, etc.
• Experience with data analytics, data mining, statistical analysis, or AI/ML.
• TS/SCI with current CI Poly (adjudicated within the past 5 years or ability to pass a CI Poly).
