About the Role
As a Clinical Connectivity Specialist, you will be the interface between MedTech, IT, and hospital operations, ensuring seamless integration of our MedTech solutions into clinical IT landscapes and supporting the secure, efficient, and patient-oriented use of data.
Responsibilities
- Implement and integrate connectivity solutions into clinical IT systems (e.g., PDMS, KIS, HL7 interfaces).
- Provide technical consultation to hospitals, IT teams, and medical staff.
- Analyze existing processes and define optimal digital workflows.
- Conduct system tests, troubleshooting, and quality assurance.
- Train users and channel partners.
- Collaborate closely with sales, product management, and global IT teams.
- Support rollouts, upgrades, and technical projects in the DACH region.
Requirements
- Experience in clinical IT, MedTech connectivity, or digital health solutions.
- Technical understanding of interfaces (e.g., HL7, FHIR, DICOM).
- Experience with clinical information systems.
- Ability to explain complex technical topics clearly.
- High willingness to travel in Northern/Eastern Germany and occasionally within the DACH region.
- Very good German and English language skills.
- Experience in project management (nice-to-have).
- Background in medical technology, computer science, medical informatics, or similar fields (nice-to-have).
- Knowledge of network architecture or IT security in healthcare (nice-to-have).
