  • Drive sales and profitability by exceeding financial targets, managing budgets, and implementing effective marketing initiatives.
  • Create a welcoming and memorable guest experience, ensuring customers are excited to return.
  • Address customer feedback promptly and professionally to maintain our reputation for outstanding service.
  • Partner with the Head Chef to oversee kitchen operations and maintain a collaborative working relationship.
  • Identify challenges and implement innovative solutions to enhance the overall performance of the venue.
  • Develop and mentor future leaders within your team, building a strong pipeline of talent.

Requirements

  • Proven track record of delivering strong sales, exceptional customer service, and creating a welcoming, vibrant atmosphere.
  • Natural leader with the ability to inspire and develop your team while maintaining meticulous attention to detail.
  • Passion for wine is essential.
  • Previous experience in bar or restaurant management.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment.
