About the Role

As Bartender, you will be a key ambassador of the OXO Tower experience, delivering elevated, memorable service with confidence, precision, and personality. Ensuring every guest receives attentive, seamless, and engaging service throughout their visit, with professionalism and flair.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve exceptional cocktails, wines, spirits, and premium beverages to the highest standards of quality and presentation.
• Support the Bar Management team in overseeing daily operations, ensuring smooth service flow during busy lunch, dinner, and late-night periods.
• Demonstrate expert knowledge of classic cocktails, contemporary serves, premium spirits, wines, and seasonal menus, confidently guiding guests with tailored recommendations.
• Train, mentor, and inspire junior bartenders and bar support staff, fostering a culture of excellence, teamwork, and continuous development.
• Maintain exceptional standards of cleanliness, organization, and stock control across all bar areas.
• Build genuine rapport with guests, creating a warm, sophisticated, and memorable atmosphere that reflects the iconic OXO Tower brand.
• Handle guest requests and feedback with professionalism, confidence, and discretion.
• Support stock management, ordering processes, and bar preparation to ensure operational efficiency at all times.
• Show flexibility and commitment, particularly during evenings, weekends, and peak trading periods.

Requirements

• Experience as a Bartender within a premium restaurant, luxury hotel, or high-volume cocktail bar.
• Ability to maintain composure during fast-paced service.
• Strong cocktail knowledge and a passion for delivering exceptional drinks and guest experiences.
• High attention to detail.
