About the Role
HP Hood is seeking a high-impact individual to join their team. This role is crucial for ensuring efficient and accurate production processes.
Responsibilities
- Correctly palletize cottage cheese or yogurt.
- Ensure the correct number of cases are packed by the required pallet configuration.
- Ensure cases are coded clearly and correctly, and that boxes and spot-pack pads are clean and stacked in an orderly fashion.
- Label pallets with stickers stating the date, time, and amount of product.
- Generate license plates using the WMS.LOGPRO system.
- Input completed production into the BPCS system between product changeovers.
- Sweep the pallet room at a minimum of each day or as needed.
- Assist in palletizing on other production lines as needed.
- Support SQF by maintaining food safety and food quality through completing job tasks and maintaining the work area in a sanitary manner.
- Maintain all documented information as per SQF requirements.
- Work overtime as needed.
- Carry out all additional duties assigned by a supervisor or foreman.
- Understand and follow all safety procedures, always wear proper PPE, and never put yourself or other employees in harm’s way.
