The Lodgekeeper at Postcard Cabins Eastern Catskills ensures smooth lodge operations, guest satisfaction, and facility upkeep. This role involves managing daily operations, guest services, laundry, and coordinating with maintenance staff to provide a memorable guest experience.
Responsibilities
- Manage daily operations of the lodge, including guest check-in and check-out processes.
- Maintain all laundry, including folding, treating, and organizing linens.
- Treat daily laundry and ensure all linens are folded and clean before shift end.
- Prepare linen bags for the next day.
- Oversee the cleanliness and maintenance of cabins and common areas, ensuring they meet quality standards.
- Respond to guest inquiries and resolve any issues or complaints in a timely and professional manner.
- Coordinate with maintenance and housekeeping staff to ensure all facilities are well-maintained and stocked.
- Maintain accurate records of bookings, inventory, and maintenance requests.
Requirements
