About the Role

As an Asset Finance Specialist for the Marketplace team, you will provide exceptional service in managing equipment funding applications to 3rd party lender partners. You will structure and manage these applications from start to completion, offering clients an in-depth understanding of available asset finance solutions.

Responsibilities

• Engage with SMEs in inbound as well as outbound calls/emails.
• Understand credit applications and provide ad-hoc guidance on credit worthiness.
• Gather all relevant documents so applications are well packaged, can move forward and be submitted to 3rd party lenders.
• Present the right options to clients by knowing all about our partners & products.
• Provide timely updates for ongoing cases, answering questions related to specific applications or product queries.
• Understand and respect lender processes, building excellent individual relationships with them.

Requirements

• An Asset Finance expert with experience in a sales role within the industry as a broker or directly for a lender.
• Able to structure transactions across a range of asset types and risk profiles.
• Able to build and maintain long-lasting business relationships.
• Motivated and results-oriented with a desire to achieve and exceed targets.
• Intent on having an impact on the business and processes, proactively bringing innovative ideas.
• Able to proactively identify ways to use Generative AI to streamline daily tasks and improve personal productivity.
• Confident using approved AI tools safely and effectively to enhance output and find a better way of working.
