About the Role
As a long-time market leader, we are actively shaping the transformation of the private security industry towards data- and technology-driven solutions. We are building the teams of tomorrow and are looking for an experienced Talent Acquisition Specialist for our in-house recruiting team in Berlin to identify, inspire, and attract demanding specialists and managers for Securitas.
Responsibilities
- You are responsible for the entire recruiting process for specialists and managers in the white-collar environment, from needs assessment to job posting to successful hiring.
- Together with our Hiring Managers, you will develop requirement profiles, search strategies, and advise on candidate markets, competitive situations, and recruiting approaches.
- You will analyze target markets, identify relevant target companies, and proactively and professionally approach suitable candidates via LinkedIn, Xing, and other channels.
- You will conduct initial interviews, assess qualifications and potential, and manage the selection process, including initiating assessments.
- You will coordinate the collaboration between candidates, Hiring Managers, and specialist departments, ensuring fast, professional, and appreciative processes.
- You will ensure an excellent candidate experience and support candidates until the contract is signed.
- You will build sustainable talent pools and continuously develop your network, both digitally and personally.
- You will fill demanding positions nationwide, from commercial specialists to regional and departmental managers to managing directors, particularly in the sales and commercial environment.
Requirements
- You have several years of successful experience in filling specialist and management positions, ideally in the sales and commercial environment.
- You know the recruiting world either from a personnel consultancy/service or from a corporate environment, or you have sound experience from both areas.
- Active sourcing, direct approach, talent mapping, and talent acquisition are part of your daily toolkit.
- You know how to identify the best candidates, inspire them sustainably, and advise Hiring Managers up to the management level on equal terms.
- You convince with a confident demeanor, strong communication skills, and a good feel for people and talents.
- You work in a structured, self-responsible manner and with a high standard of quality.
- You have fluent German language skills, both written and spoken.
