About the Role

We are looking for a versatile Handyman / Facility Manager / Maintenance Technician (m/f/d) for our 4 properties, starting immediately. Your area of responsibility is diverse and far from a boring 9-to-5 job.

Responsibilities

• Tenant support and assistance to the local property team
• Ongoing checks of the property's condition
• Monitoring of maintenance and repair work
• Inspection and control work on building services
• Carrying out minor repairs
• Carrying out painting work
• Acceptance and handover of residential units
• Access control for service providers
• Monitoring of maintenance and inspection schedules
• On-call duty upon request

Requirements

• Completed vocational training in a trade or technical field
• Professional experience as a handyman/caretaker
• Independent, structured way of working, high commitment, willingness to perform, and customer orientation, as well as enjoyment of teamwork
• Very good German language skills
• Good English skills are desirable
