About the Role

Deliver the right numbers at the right time to make an important contribution to the company's success.

Responsibilities

• Create monthly, quarterly, and annual reports, focusing on sales reporting.
• Analyze revenue, cost, and profit developments.
• Budget planning, forecasts, and variance analyses.
• Create and further develop analyses, key figures, and management reports.
• Prepare ad-hoc analyses and decision proposals.
• Support month-end and year-end closing.
• Assist in optimizing and digitizing controlling processes and, in the medium term, introduce a BI tool.
• Maintain and prepare financial and company data.
• Collaborate closely with specialist departments, particularly accounting, sales, and operations.

Requirements

• Successfully completed business administration studies, ideally with a focus on controlling, finance, or accounting (Bachelor or Master).
• Initial practical experience in controlling, finance, or accounting (internships, working student activities, or relevant professional experience) is advantageous.
• Strong analytical skills and a good understanding of business contexts, numbers, and large data volumes.
• Structured, careful, and self-reliant way of working.
• High affinity for numbers, sense of responsibility, and a solution-oriented mindset.
• Team spirit, initiative, and the motivation to actively shape processes and continuously optimize them.
• Very good German language skills, good English language skills.
