About the Role

Design and develop innovative solutions using SAP Business Technology Platform, focusing on SAP Business AI, SAP AI Foundation, and BTP. This role involves managing R&D projects, collaborating with an Architect Lead, and engaging with customer stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Manage one of the R&D projects with a small team (<10 developers) from multiple locations
• Work with the Architect Lead to ensure best practice adoption
• Innovate and bring new ideas and developments to the attention of the Architect Lead
• Actively engage with customer stakeholders, prepare demos and all supporting content
• Be prepared to work on short customer projects to support customer co-innovation

Requirements

• At least 10 years experience as an SAP Development Consultant
• Experience with Agile development methodologies and tooling
• At least 5 full SAP BTP implementations
• Developed at least 5 custom SAP AI agents
• Certified SAP BTP, SAP Business AI
• Certified in at least 1 other SAP discipline - can be functional or technical or project management
• Excellent written and oral communications
