About the Role
As a Waiter or Waitress in Rotunda, you will deliver a polished, attentive, and personalised dining experience across breakfast, lunch, afternoon tea, and evening service. This highly guest-facing role requires strong communication, product knowledge, and a warm, professional approach to ensure every interaction reflects Four Seasons standards.
Responsibilities
- Deliver attentive and professional food and beverage service in line with Four Seasons standards
- Build strong menu knowledge to confidently explain dishes, drinks, and recommendations
- Take orders accurately and ensure timely service
- Collaborate with kitchen and bar teams to ensure a seamless guest experience
- Prepare and maintain tables and service areas to a high standard
- Identify opportunities to enhance the guest experience, including upselling where appropriate
- Respond to guest requests and feedback with care and efficiency
- Maintain a clean, organised, and welcoming environment at all times
Requirements
- Previous experience as a waiter or waitress in a hotel, restaurant, or similar environment
- Strong communication skills and confidence interacting with guests
- Good knowledge of food and beverage, or willingness to learn
- Professional presentation and a positive attitude
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Strong teamwork and organisational skills
- Flexibility to work shifts including evenings, weekends, and public holidays
