About the Role

Join a high-performing engineering team at a fast-growing consumer technology company in the crypto space. This role offers direct ownership over product growth, user acquisition, and experimentation, with the opportunity to build, test, and optimize experiences that drive user engagement and retention across web and mobile.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and launch growth experiments across web and mobile.
• Run A/B tests across onboarding journeys, product features, and conversion funnels.
• Build in-product growth mechanics such as notifications, referral incentives, retention campaigns, and promotional features.
• Optimize user acquisition funnels, from landing pages through to attribution and conversion tracking.
• Collaborate with Product and Growth teams to identify opportunities, prioritize experiments, and measure impact.
• Ship features end-to-end across frontend and backend systems.
• Leverage AI-assisted development tools to accelerate delivery and improve engineering efficiency.

Requirements

• 4+ years of commercial software engineering experience.
• Strong full-stack development experience with the ability to deliver features end-to-end.
• Experience building modern web applications and APIs.
• Confidence working independently and driving projects from concept through to production.
• A strong understanding of experimentation, analytics, and product-led growth.
• Experience using AI-powered development tools as part of your engineering workflow.
• An interest in fintech, consumer products, or Web3 is advantageous.
• Personal crypto trading experience is considered a bonus.
