About the Role
As a Front Office Agent / Receptionist, you will bring a high level of commitment, a focus on excellent service, and a passion for creating positive guest experiences to our dynamic Front Office team. You will be the first point of contact for guests, managing check-ins, check-outs, reservations, inquiries, phone calls, and payment processing. You will ensure all aspects of the guest journey are executed at the highest level, including providing recommendations for local attractions and events.
Responsibilities
- Manage the lobby operations and serve as the primary point of contact for guests.
- Handle check-in and check-out processes smoothly.
- Manage reservations, guest inquiries, phone calls, and payment processing.
- Ensure all aspects of the guest journey and experience are executed at the highest level.
- Provide recommendations on local attractions, restaurants, and events.
- Proactively work to ensure guest satisfaction and the smooth operation of the Front Office department by coordinating and collaborating closely with other departments.
Requirements
- Experience in a similar position is advantageous, but not strictly required.
- Fluent German and English language skills.
- An eye for detail and creative problem-solving abilities.
- A 'doer' with a genuine hands-on mentality.
- Commitment to exceptional guest service and a passion for hospitality.
- Ability to find creative solutions and take responsibility for assigned tasks.
- Reliability and enjoyment of working in a demanding environment.
