About the Role
The Senior Digital Activation Executive ensures client investments meet business objectives, builds strong client relationships, and supports junior team members. This role collaborates with Managers and Directors to deliver best-in-class Search and Social solutions.
Responsibilities
- Full ownership of day-to-day workflow on tier 1, 2 & 3 clients.
- Reviewing and responding to client briefs.
- Ensuring smooth implementation and delivery of Google and Facebook campaigns.
- Full responsibility for the accuracy of implementation within your team, and ensuring campaigns deliver against client KPIs.
- Full responsibility for the accuracy of reporting, with the development of clear insights.
- Works autonomously to meet client objectives & deliverables.
- Striving for innovation.
- Full responsibility for ensuring we are in the best possible position to hit designated client’s business KPI’s.
- Focused on building strong professional relationship with clients.
- Complete ownership of tier 2 & 3 clients.
- Significant involvement in assisting on Tier 1 clients, including client presentations, meetings and WIPs.
- Ensuring accurate minutes and timely contact reports.
- Full ownership of Tier 1, 2 & 3 client roadmaps.
- Developing strong working relationships with their Digital Activation team and wider agency.
- Building your personal brand within the agency.
- Managing upwards when required with Managers & Directors.
- Supporting Coordinators & Execs in their development and ensuring the accuracy of their output.
- Effectively supporting internal client teams and managing expectations.
- Managing Execs & Coordinators on a day-to-day basis - involves, educates & motivates to help develop skills and responsibilities.
- Taking ownership of performance and behaviour.
- Actively working to improve or rectify when required.
- Working closely with Managers and Directors to ensure quality control processes are adhered to.
- Identifying issues and streamlining where necessary.
- Sharing of knowledge, innovations and insights with the wider team.
- Full accountability for monthly invoicing ensuring no errors and timely completion.
- Reconciling budgets and executing any changes that may be required.
- Forecasting spend and revenue, flagging any potential over servicing/under servicing with director.
