About the Role
For our project "Frauenpower im Job" in Berlin-Spandau, we are looking for an Integration Coach/Job Coach (m/f/d) to support women in developing viable professional prospects and integrating into the job market.
Responsibilities
- Conduct individual and group coaching sessions
- Plan, accompany, and document the transition to further local support services
- Build reliable relationship structures
- Provide development-promoting advice and individual case support for problem situations, including the involvement of the needs-based community
- Develop a life and career perspective (life goals)
- Accompany participants to help and support facilities
- Refer to support services for addiction counseling, drug counseling, and debt counseling
- Conduct individual career orientation
- Conduct application training
- Prepare for operational trials
- Place participants in operational trials, socially insured employment, or training
- Acquire employers
- Intensive networking
- Participate in regular team meetings and further training
Requirements
- Professional or academic degree
- At least one year of professional experience
- Knowledge and experience in companies' personnel selection systems/criteria and in human resources
- Comprehensive knowledge of standard office and application software
- Internet skills
- Relevant experience in application coaching
- Relevant experience in creating application documents
