About the Role

Sanoptis is establishing a new reporting format to meet increasing regulatory requirements in non-financial reporting. This role will be instrumental in shaping this new ESG report from the ground up, contributing to the future of the company.

Responsibilities

  • Actively support the creation and further development of the ESG report according to the Corporate Sustainability Reporting Directive (CSRD), including structuring and transferring it into an appealing format.
  • Calculate and document the CO₂ footprint of the Sanoptis Group and maintain the associated datasets.
  • Process incoming data protection inquiries and support the response to compliance questionnaires from external stakeholders.
  • Undertake general administrative tasks in the ESG and compliance areas and ensure the smooth running of internal processes.
  • Participate in monthly check-ins with the GBL (Shareholder Circle) and prepare relevant documents.

Requirements

  • Currently pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration (BWL), Law, or a comparable field of study.
  • Structured approach to tasks, ability to complete them, and proactively seek clarification when needed.
  • Enthusiasm for learning a new, regulation-driven subject area and taking on responsibility.
  • Clear and binding communication, both written and in personal interactions with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Very good German language skills (C1+) and good English for internal coordination.
