About the Role
You will be responsible for the People Experience, managing all personnel-related documents from employment contracts to certificates and deadline control, ensuring everything runs smoothly, reliably, structured, and digitally. You will navigate legal topics confidently, keep our standards current, and advise practice management and practice managers securely and on an equal footing. You will be the data champion, maintaining and monitoring HR data including master data, absences, documents, and emails with a keen eye for quality and efficiency. You will organize the onboarding of new colleagues, conveying our TPP values with enthusiasm and structure from day one, and professionally manage the exit process. You will manage the integration management process.
Responsibilities
- Manage all personnel-related documents, including employment contracts, certificates, and deadline control.
- Ensure reliable, structured, and digital handling of HR documents.
- Navigate and advise on all legal employment law topics.
- Maintain current HR standards and provide expert advice.
- Maintain and monitor HR data, including master data, absences, documents, and emails.
- Ensure data quality and efficiency in HR data management.
- Organize the onboarding process for new colleagues.
- Convey company values during the onboarding process.
- Manage the employee exit process professionally.
- Oversee the integration management process.
Requirements
- Completed commercial apprenticeship, a completed degree with a focus on HR, or a comparable qualification.
- Several years of professional experience in the HR field.
- Sound knowledge of employment law and its practical application.
- Proficiency in contract creation and handling complex individual cases.
- Excellent organizational skills, with meticulous and reliable work habits.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal for confidential discussions and written for official documents.
- Native-level German language proficiency.
- Authentic, clear, and empathetic communication style.
