About the Role

We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused Customer Service Representative to join our team in Minto. This role involves managing pre- and post-order activities, ensuring accurate and efficient order processing, and delivering exceptional customer service in a fast-paced environment. Success requires curiosity, organization, and a customer-centric approach.

Responsibilities

• Conduct account tasks for clients, including processing orders/credits, stock procurement, and coordinating deliveries to meet project installation deadlines.
• Execute timely customer communication via CRM system and phone.
• Optimize proactive order management, stock allocation, and shipping to maximize sales and cash flow.
• Ensure customers adhere to agreed delivery dates by following company guidelines.
• Negotiate storage needs, fees, and invoicing with customers.
• Promptly inform customers of any issues or delays, providing solutions and follow-up communication.
• Perform daily checks in line with audit requirements.
• Develop rapport with customers.

Requirements

• Genuine passion for delivering exceptional customer service.
• Previous experience in a customer service, order management, or sales support role within a fast-paced environment.
• Experience using ERP systems such as JDE or SAP is an advantage, but training will be provided.
• Curiosity and a willingness to learn new systems and processes.
• High attention to detail.
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to juggle multiple priorities.
• Confidence communicating with customers and colleagues at all levels.
• Collaborative mindset and enjoyment of being part of a supportive team.
